AP Clerk/ AR Vendor Allowance Audit

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will have responsibilities in both the accounts payable and accounts receivable department. To be successful in this position you should be self-motivated and a team player.


For AR: Audit vendor allowance agreements, including but not limited to the review of data entry for the accuracy of proper item, date, agreement type and vendor information, proper approvals, missed agreement creation and inclusion of proper documentation. Evaluate and review vendor allowance agreements for compliance with company policy. Review, report, and communicate with Accounting, Procurement and other departments as necessary to resolve questions and issues. Coordinate and support communication and vendor inquiries as required and manage as necessary. Provide vendor allowance detail and other documentation to vendors upon request. Provide information to buying teams to prevent missed funds not billed to vendors.


For AP: Back up for matching invoices to payment remittances, Real Estate portal maintenance of printing/sorting invoices, daily vendor contact for new vendor setups and changes, filing and scanning as necessary. Ordering corporate supplies and matching packing slips to invoices.

            Requirements:  This entry level position must possess a High School or Equivalent Diploma.  Complete attention to detail with strong problem solving and analytic skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, move between activities effectively and efficiently, work independently, and possess good time management skills. Must be able to communicate and work well with associates of all levels and provide outstanding customer service to business partners.  Ability to consistently recognize and communicate adherence to company processes, policies and procedures with written and verbal skills to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.  Strong computer skills which should include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to quickly learn other in house applications.
