Security Officer (Part-Time)

Milkco is seeking a Part-Time, Unarmed Security Guard. This position works every other week for 1st shift on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7:45am to 4:00pm) and occasional relief shifts as needed. Total hours vary from approximately 8 to 27 hrs/week.

The Security Guard is responsible for

• Monitoring security cameras.
• Signing in/out employees & visitors.
• Maintaining records of truck arrival/departure.
• Monitoring premises and reporting any facility issues.
• Making rounds for facility records.
• Answering phones.

The ideal candidate will:

• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented and observant.
• Personable with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.

Compensation Information:

• Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
• Automatic Annual Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk around the building and climb stairs every 2 hrs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather.

Experience:

• Will train the right person.
• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
