Production - 2nd Shift Supervisor

Milkco is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift in our Production Department. This position is from 1:30 PM to the end of production, Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays (no more than 5 work days per week). The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented "people person" with a positive attitude.

The job duties include:

• Overseeing ingredient & product loading & unloading.
• Ensuring all crew members are performing to the highest standards.
• Scheduling crew members shifts & safety training.
• Regularly checking equipment for maintenance issues.
• Verifying completion and accuracy of all documentation.
• Ensuring the team is meeting all safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Providing work assignments and guidance for team members.
• Promoting plant safety policies and ensuring employees are following them.
• Organizing and overseeing the training of the new employees.

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in food or beverage production.
• 2+ years previous experience in a management/supervisor position.
• Manufacturing-based computer skills.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Compensation Information:

• Salary wage DOE
• Automatic Annual Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hrs per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Overhead reaching and lifting may be required at times.

Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere.
